Introduction
What is Trans-SAMap
  After developing a fast, integrative pipeline to identify trans natural
antisense transcript (trans-NAT) on genome scale and using transcriptome 
and genome sequences in UniGene and GoldenPath, we applied the pipeline
to identify trans-SAs in ten eukaryotic species, screening night of 
these species for the first time and bringing the number of candidate 
trans-SAs in human to 3,327. We establish genomic maps for 
trans-SAs in animal genomes and construct this 
free and publicly accessible database,namely TransNATMap that allows
researchers to query the dataset.
